You can choose between two paths within Somatic Renewal - both are deeply transformative.
The self-led path gives you everything you need for your journey back to sovereignty: audio rituals, guidance, and space to move at your own pace.
The guided path is for the woman who’s ready to be held while she unravels… and RENEWS. You’ll receive six private Zoom sessions (60 minutes every other week) and Voxer support between calls so you’re never walking alone.
