What is Somatic Healing?

At its core, it’s deeply connecting with your body through movement and breath. Unlike other practitioners, however, I weave the mystical and the clinical together for a balanced, grounded approach.

What is Somatic Movement?

Somatic movement is about reconnecting the body and mind so you can finally listen to what your nervous system has been trying to tell you and give it what it actually needs.

It is a body-centered approach rooted in both neuroscience and ancient wisdom. It uses tools like mindfulness, breathwork, movement, and body-awareness practices to help release stored trauma and tension held in the nervous system.

When we work with the body instead of against it, we unlock the ability to move through survival responses naturally, without force, shame, or endless self-improvement projects.

Your body already holds the wisdom. My programs simply give you the tools to access it again and again.

Sovereign Embodiment Method™

Everything I offer is rooted in my five-phase framework designed to walk people from survival to sovereignty.

Recognize

Building deep awareness of survival patterns and nervous system responses.

1

A blonde woman sitting on top of mountain's edge. The fifth step of the sovereign embodiment method is to reclaim. You get to fully step into self trust, truth, and confidence in your mind and body.

Regulate

Restoring access to the present moment with real-time somatic tools.

2

A beautiful sunrise on a lake with stones and peachy colors. The third step of the sovereign embodiment method is to repattern. We gently rewire reactive loops through ritual and repetition.

3

A delicate feather with water behind it. The second step in the sovereign embodiment method is to regulate emotions so we can be present in the moment

Resilience

Expanding the capacity to hold discomfort, emotion, and life with steadiness.

4

A woman with one leg lifted up and rainbow behind her. The first step in the sovereign embodiment method is to recognize and build awareness of our own survival patterns.

Reclaim

Stepping fully into self-trust, truth, and embodied sovereignty.

Pain and inflammation are signals from your body that you may be storing trauma. Somatic work reconnects your severed parts so you mind AND body can heal.
